Whoo hooo I am so excited! I got off for the 5th of July to go see my friends play. Reverend Raven and the Chain Smokin Altar Boys http://www.reverendraven.com/ and Greg Koch http://www.gregkoch.com/ are opening for BB King) http://www.bbking.com/
 
 Reverend Raven and the Chain Smokin Altar Boys play locally plus all over the midwest (I see they have tightened their travel area but with the price of gas who can blame them; they are still getting to IL, IN, IA, MN, and MI). I have seen them many, many times over the last 15 years but I always enjoy them.
 
  Live music brings so much more energy than recorded if not quite as "perfect". So get out and hear your favorite local artist soon. Summer is a great time for that with all the festivals everywhere.
 
 In Milwaukee, the largest music festival in North America will kick off at the end of the month. Lots of food and fun but of course the music is the main attraction with 10 permanent stages, strolling musician, bands that perform under tents or open sky, and music of every genre 12 hours a day, how can you miss it?
